Adriana Monti is an award-winning filmmaker, a reporter and an artist with more than 30 years’ experience in the film industry. She brings her love of stories, biographies and art to the Academy and Archive of Autobiography as well as her experience at the MUSIL Archive and Museum in Brescia. She is a co-founder of the Academy and Archive of Autobiography and will help run the organization during its infancy. read more…

Paola Melchiori is a force in the international feminist movement and in women’s issues. She is a thought leader who has written three books, and published more than 70 articles and reports about feminist theory and on the topics of knowledge creation, interdisciplinary and relational learning, and education.  Melchiori is the current president of the International Feminist University Network, the past president of the Women’s Free University in Milan and Crinali, the research and intercultural education association. She has also worked as a consultant for the World Bank, the European Union, and the Italian Government. As one of the founders of the Archive & Academy*, she is focussed on developing partnerships that show how experiences, memories, and personal histories can be passed on to young men and women through written and visual texts. read more…

Dr. Anna Skorzewska is a Toronto psychiatrist and director of the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit at University Health Network. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from and completed her psychiatric training at the University of Toronto. She is currently an assistant professor at the University of Toronto and is very active in teaching and training both medical students and residents. read more…
