The purpose of the Archive is:

To educate and increase the public’s understanding and appreciation of Micro-history community’s stories and autobiographies. Purpose: to promote within oral tradition communities, marginalized people and minority writing and other forms of communication (visual, oral or performing art).

To collect and preserve in an archive stories of individuals and communities, autobiographies and testimonies which otherwise would be lost.

To produce literary, visual and performing art festivals aimed to promote the material of the academy, grant awards to their authors and encourage the contribution to the archive.
